So impressed! Dave was amazing today. A rubber plunger ( that is usually is attached to the end of a drain rod!) had got stuck some considerable way down the drain and was causing repeated blockage. Dave used an ingenious method to remove it which involved attaching fish hooks to the end of a drain rod (!) and successfully spearing the rubber disc in order to gradually tease it back to the drain opening. I was pretty pessimistic about the chances of getting the thing out. , not Dave; he said he wouldn’t give up and he didn’t! Thank you.”
